These Official Rules govern the MahoganyBooks Podcast Network Monthly Listener Appreciation Giveaway (the "Promotion"). By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

The Promotion is sponsored by MahoganyBooks, LLC ("Sponsor"), with a mailing address at 15000 Potomac Town Pl Ste. 100-542, Woodbridge, VA 22911 / Online at MahoganyBooks.com.

The Promotion runs on a monthly cycle. Each monthly entry period ("Entry Period") begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the same month. Winners will be selected within 7 business days following the close of each Entry Period.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling), are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

To enter, an eligible participant must complete the following steps during an active Entry Period:

1.     Write and publish an honest written review of any MahoganyBooks Podcast Network show on an eligible podcast platform (see Section 5 below). Reviews must be original and written by the entrant.

2.     Take a screenshot of the published review that clearly shows: the reviewer's username, the star rating (if applicable), the written review text, and the podcast platform.

3.     Submit the screenshot via the official entry form, providing your full name, email address, the podcast show you reviewed, and the platform used.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of the number of shows reviewed or platforms used. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Note: The Sponsor does not require a specific star rating. All honest reviews are welcome. Manipulated, fake, or previously submitted reviews are not eligible.

Reviews submitted from the following platforms are eligible:

• Apple Podcasts (written review required)
• Spotify (rating screenshot accepted; written review preferred)
• Overcast (rating screenshot accepted)
• Pocket Casts (rating screenshot accepted)
• Amazon Music (written review required)

Each month, three (3) winners will each receive one (1) MahoganyBooks.com gift certificate valued at $25.00 USD, redeemable at any MahoganyBooks' retail location or online at MahoganyBooks.com.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: $25.00. Total ARV per Entry Period: $75.00.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are subject to MahoganyBooks' standard gift card terms and conditions. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or expired gift cards.

Three (3) potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period using a random selection process. Selection will occur within 7 business days following the close of each Entry Period.

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry. Winners must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners may be announced publicly by first name and last initial on MahoganyBooks social media channels and/or podcast episodes.

•       Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.

•       Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

•       This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Apple, Spotify, Podchaser, Goodpods, or any other third-party platform.

•       By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering this Promotion.

•       These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

To request a list of winners, send a written request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to MahoganyBooks, Attn: Podcast Giveaway, 15000 Potomac Town Pl Ste. 100-542, Woodbridge, VA 22911. Requests must be received within 60 days of the close of the applicable Entry Period.
